What is Reserve Rights?
Reserve Rights is the token behind the Reserve protocol, a platform for creating asset-backed tokens such as overcollateralized stablecoins and tokenized index portfolios.
RSR has two main roles. Holders can stake it on a given Reserve token to provide a layer of overcollateralization that acts as a backstop if the underlying collateral falls short, and staking also grants governance rights to propose and vote on how each token is configured. RSR launched in 2019.
It is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum, and the Reserve protocol also operates on Base and Arbitrum, both Ethereum layer-2 networks.
You can check the Reserve Rights price and hold RSR in a self-custody wallet.
