What is Tokenlon?
Tokenlon is a decentralized exchange and trading protocol that first launched in 2018 as a feature inside a mobile crypto wallet. It uses a request for quote model, where market makers quote prices for each trade, and it also aggregates liquidity from other decentralized exchanges to try to give users a good rate and a high fill rate. Instant Swap runs on Ethereum mainnet, while limit orders are offered on Arbitrum, an Ethereum layer 2.
LON is Tokenlon's native utility token. Holders can use it for trading fee discounts and to take part in governance votes on the protocol, and it is meant to align the various participants in the ecosystem. The token runs on Ethereum.
