What is Elephant Money?
Elephant Money (ELEPHANT) is the rewards token of a decentralized finance protocol that describes itself as a community-run treasury and savings system. ELEPHANT launched in May 2021 on BNB Chain as a BEP-20 token, and the project has since extended parts of its ecosystem to Base.
The protocol pairs ELEPHANT with a separate stablecoin, TRUNK, plus a treasury of reserve assets that is meant to back redemptions and generate yield. ELEPHANT itself uses a reflection model, charging a fee on every buy, sell, and transfer that is split between existing holders and locked liquidity, so the token mechanics are unusual and worth understanding before holding.
This is a niche, high-risk DeFi project rather than a mainstream asset. Reflection tokens carry their own design tradeoffs, and supply figures are very large. Treat any reading here as information, not investment guidance. You can track the Elephant Money price and hold ELEPHANT in a self-custody wallet where you keep control of your own keys.
