What is AUSD?
AUSD, issued by Agora, is a US dollar stablecoin designed to hold a value close to one dollar. It is a reserve-backed token built to serve as a stable, dollar-denominated asset for payments, trading, and on-chain finance.
The stablecoin follows the model where each token is meant to correspond to reserves held to support the peg, with a focus on transparency around that backing. It is intended for use across decentralized finance applications.
