ICX can be bought on exchanges using fiat (card/bank) or by swapping from another cryptocurrency. ICX isn't in the Zypto App yet, so it can't be bought in-app.

Buying with fiat payment methods typically requires identity verification to meet regulations. Setting up the wallet itself does not.
